About The Position
At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Case Managers are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. This role involves an 8-hour day shift with minimal weekend rotation, requiring a minimum of 16 hours per week. The position offers intensive onboarding and training, full benefits with hospital contributions, and potential for Cert Pay for qualifying certifications.
Requirements
- Associates’ of Nursing Degree/Diploma or Bachelors’ of Nursing Degree
- 2 years’ of RN experience
- Current RN License in Idaho

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, patient-centered care.
