The Float Relationship Banker builds and strengthens customer relationships while providing flexible support across multiple branch locations. This role engages customers through in-person interactions, scheduled appointments, and virtual channels to deliver trusted financial guidance with a digital-first mindset. As an experienced banker, the Float Relationship Banker adapts quickly to different branch environments, fills staffing needs, shares best practices, and provides coaching and on-the-job support to less experienced bankers. Strong client relationships are built on trust, understanding customers’ financial goals, and identifying solutions that meet their unique needs. The Float Relationship Banker assesses and addresses banking needs, obtains and processes customer and account information, educates customers on deposit and lending products and services, and recommends appropriate financial solutions. By combining customer expertise with operational flexibility, this role helps ensure a consistent client experience and supports the success of branch teams across the market.

Requirements

  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four to five or more years of job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
