Float Registered Nurse
About The Position
DaVita is hiring a Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Marysville team. This role is part of the outpatient dialysis team, providing life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No prior dialysis experience is required, only a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. The position involves delivering direct patient care, monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, and responding to health changes. You will collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians, and educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. As a float nurse, you will travel to nearby clinics as needed and require a flexible schedule. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities for long-term patient relationships and broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients. Paid training is provided. The schedule includes flexible shifts with mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location. Requirements
- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
- Dialysis Experience is Required!
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
- CNN/CDN certification
Responsibilities
