This is a Float RN position for North Stockton, working 0.2 FTE (8 hours per week) with on-site work on Tuesdays. Travel to various PPMM locations is required. The role involves overseeing non-licensed staff, patient triage, contributing to health center productivity, and demonstrating customer service standards. Specific duties include preparing the recovery room, administering pre-operative and post-operative medications, assessing post-operative patients, overseeing HSS functions, providing intraoperative sedation, and maintaining emergency equipment. Additionally, the role involves providing services for hormonal contraception, Emergency Contraception (EC), and STI screening, as well as patient education, counseling, lab work, and ultrasounds for medication abortions. Immunizations will also be administered. As a Centralized Follow-Up RN, responsibilities include signing off on lab reports, evaluating and developing follow-up plans, and referring complex cases to clinicians. In the Triage RN role for the Response Center, duties involve providing advice and triage services, identifying medical urgency, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and responding to patient emails via the Patient Portal.
