Float Registered Nurse (RN) – $46/hour New Castle, IN
About The Position
The Float Registered Nurse works in American Senior Communities’ Clinical Resource Group Float Pool, providing nursing coverage at multiple ASC facilities within the assigned area, up to 50 miles from the employee’s home address. The role offers a consistent 30-day monthly schedule and the variety of working in a float setting. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. The nurse provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. The role includes opportunities to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
Requirements
- Hold an active Indiana RN license.
- Demonstrate commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
- Be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units.
