About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Registered Nurse for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool. The role offers the variety of working at multiple American Senior Communities facilities within the Valparaiso area while maintaining a consistent month-to-month schedule. Nurses may work at facilities within 50 miles of their home address. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. The stated pay rate is $46 per hour. The nurse provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units and plans, oversees, and takes accountability for resident care. The role includes the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license.

- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.
