About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring float-pool team members to travel to its facilities in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and surrounding areas. The event is for Float Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), a Float Nurse Manager, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). The role offers the variety of working at multiple facilities with the stability of working for one company and a consistent, guaranteed monthly schedule. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

Team members assume planning, responsibility, and accountability for resident care on a designated nursing unit and provide residents with care and compassion. The hiring event is Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Starbucks, 301 E. Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825.

Requirements

• Valid Indiana nurse licensure for the applicable nursing role.
• Two or more years of experience.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Travel to American Senior Communities facilities in the Fort Wayne, Indiana, area and surrounding communities.
• Assume planning, responsibility, and accountability for resident care on a designated nursing unit.
• Provide residents with care and compassion.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Benefits

• RN and LPN positions are advertised at $46 per hour and $40 per hour, respectively; CNA is advertised at $24 per hour.
