About The Position

Blood Assurance is the sole provider of blood and blood products in our community, which means you are saving the lives of your friends, family and neighbors. We are seeking compassionate, dependable Float Phlebotomist to work in the Chattanooga area Facilities. You will be making $17 an hour. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals (blood pressure, pulse, temp., and hemoglobin), and phlebotomy. Also calling a minimum number of donors daily per manager’s instructions. Blood Assurance is a non-profit organization with a workforce of more than 300 employees. Requirements

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
• A positive, caring attitude
• Scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts and some overtime and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience
