About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Float Pharmacist to provide direct patient care and wellness services in a progressive, fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. The pharmacist will contribute to disease state management, optimize medication therapy, deliver patient-centered care, and assist with managing acute and chronic conditions. The role also supports pharmacy operations, team supervision, and a safe, compliant environment. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Champion operational excellence and help ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Contribute to company cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability.
• Support disease state management, medication therapy optimization, wellness services, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
