About The Position

The Float Pharmacist provides direct patient care and wellness services in a progressive retail pharmacy setting. The role supports disease state management, optimizes medication therapy, delivers patient-centered care, and assists with managing acute and chronic conditions. The pharmacist supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and operationally excellent environment. The position involves working a variety of schedules and contributing to company cultural initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer certification is required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
