About The Position

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Medical Imaging is looking for a friendly, dependable Float Patient Service Representative to support our Southern Colorado imaging centers full-time, weekdays, Monday-Friday. Requirements

• 1+ year of medical office or hospital experience preferred
• Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients
• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Check patients in and out
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with billing-related documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting multiple imaging centers
