Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse: AR license
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

  • Perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy
  • Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy
  • Maintain plan of care
