About The Position

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare are among the nation’s fastest-growing providers of hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and targeted wellness services. We’re looking for a flexible, confident, and patient-focused North Houston Float Mid-Level Provider to support our growing clinics. You’ll provide coverage across Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress, giving you the opportunity to work with different teams, patients, and clinic environments while making a meaningful impact. As a Float Provider, you’ll step into different clinics based on scheduling and operational needs. This role is a great fit for someone who is adaptable, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable jumping into a new environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required
  • Current DEA registration required
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations
  • Flexibility to work different clinic schedules and locations
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Saturday availability required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
  • Float between North Houston clinics as coverage is needed.
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Support programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness services.
  • Provide coverage for provider PTO, absences, and staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, operations, and management.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and clinic teams.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality patient care across every location.
