About The Position

This role involves providing nursing care in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Departments. The Float RN will quickly and accurately assess patient care needs, work collaboratively with doctors and staff to provide exceptional care, and perform all requested diagnostic tests. Responsibilities include diagnosing and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team, managing multiple cases simultaneously with continuous prioritization, and ensuring compliance with all legal and safety requirements. The position also requires maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, working at maximum efficiency without compromising quality of care, and abiding by all hospital rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
