About The Position

Become a part of our caring community. You will work as a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting multiple CenterWell Senior Primary Care clinics across Upstate South Carolina, with Anderson, SC as your primary location. This is an onsite role requiring travel between clinics. You will report to the Associate Operations Director.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
• Experience supporting adult and senior patient populations
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Phlebotomy experience

Responsibilities

• Support providers in delivering comprehensive primary care services
• Help with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate care and patient follow-up
• Support multiple Upstate South Carolina clinics, with Anderson serving as your primary location
