About The Position

Join American Senior Communities’ Clinical Resource Group Float Pool as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Work at multiple ASC facilities in Valparaiso, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of your home address. The role offers the variety of a float position with the stability of one company and a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. Compensation is $40 per hour.

Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plan and oversee resident care, and take accountability for that care. The role is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Requirements

• Active Indiana LPN license.
• Demonstrated commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units.
