About The Position
As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (New Jersey).
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.
- Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in mentorship opportunities.
- Maintain autonomy and pursue growth specific to clinician's passions and expertise.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Deliver best-in-class care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Travel internally between clinics as needed, with a guaranteed home clinic.
