About The Position
The Float Lead Radiology/CT Technologist will oversee day-to-day operations in CT and X-Ray, including ordering supplies and maintaining schedules. This role involves developing and mentoring staff for maximum quality and teamwork, assigning technologists with daily and weekly duties, and managing image movement in RIS/PACS. The technologist will also assist the manager in monitoring charges and making corrections via daily reports, and function as a CT and X-Ray Technologist on multiple shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Requires a current New Jersey license to practice Radiologic Technology.
- Must have five (5) years’ experience as a technologist.
- Requires a working knowledge of CT Radiology and X-Ray technology.
- BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
- CT Certification
Nice To Haves
- Strongly recommended one-two (1-2) years of lead experience.
