Housing Matters partners with individuals and families to create pathways out of their homelessness into permanent housing. We are looking for individuals eager to make a difference and willing to enthusiastically commit to join in our vision that homelessness in Santa Cruz County should be rare, brief, and non-recurring. Working under the supervision of the Facilities Manager and Lead Custodian, the Float Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Housing Matters' multiple buildings and grounds located at the Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) site and the Live Oak Landing (the “Landing") site. This position will require employee to maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate an organization-owned vehicle between the two Housing Matters sites.
