About The Position

Under the direction of the Custodial Site Supervisor, the Custodian is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean and in an orderly condition and to perform related general cleaning as required. • Ability to tolerate slight to extreme indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year verifiable work experience in the custodial field.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, co-workers and supervisors (verbal and written).
• Sweep, mops floor, vacuum carpets, washes windows and walls as needed.
• Clean desks, tables and countertops, empty/clean waste receptacles, clean and disinfect restrooms; replenishes and maintains restroom supplies.
• Sweep and removes debris from parking lots.
• Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Isolation, and Abandonment (ANEIA) immediately as mandated by state law.
• May be assigned other duties as needed
