About The Position

The Float Registered Nurse (RN) will join the American Senior Communities Clinical Resource Group Float Pool, providing variety through working in a float setting while maintaining the stability of one company and a consistent month-to-month schedule. This role offers the excitement of working at multiple ASC facilities within a designated area.
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license
- Minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
- Demonstrated commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence)
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of your home
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units
- Plan, oversee, and take accountability for resident care
