About The Position

The Flight Test Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead reports to ADP Test & Evaluation (T&E) Management and serves as the primary point of contact for T&E management, the customer, and the end‑user. In this role, the Lead works closely with the customer and end‑user to define the test‑program scope and instrumentation requirements, ensures strict adherence to the program schedule, and drives overall T&E execution. The position also encompasses Control Account Management duties, including conducting earned‑value and variance analyses, developing monthly Estimates‑to‑Complete, monitoring EV health metrics, and safeguarding cost and schedule performance throughout the life of T&E contractual tasks. A proactive approach is essential for identifying and resolving performance issues to guarantee timely completion of T&E milestones and contractual deliveries. The ideal candidate possesses in‑depth knowledge of the ADP line of business—especially T&E activities—and has hands‑on experience with an ADP program from design and planning through flight‑test execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact calmly and effectively with internal organizations, external companies, and customers. The role demands a highly organized, reliable individual who can multitask and thrive in the fast‑paced, high‑octane environment of flight testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering.
  • Experience as a CAM and/or with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • T&E IPT Lead experience.
  • ADP experience.
  • Flight Test Instrumentation experience.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to brief Program leadership and customers.
  • Experience in Project Management or as a Project lead, leading program execution.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal management oversight.
  • Flight Test experience, including planning a flight test program.
  • A current Top Secret clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CAMEO, 3DX, and Capital.
  • Masters degree in engineering or MBA.
