Requirements

Registered Advanced Care Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic (Registered in Canada)
3+ years of emergency, flight, or experience
Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
Valid CPR, ACLS, ITLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
Ability to work in high-pressure, remote, and unpredictable environments
Willingness to travel on small aircraft in varied weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Air Ambulance experience
Instructor status for certifications

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced patient care in high-stakes environments, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and obstetric emergencies.
Perform aeromedical evacuations (medevacs) and stabilize patients for transport.
Conduct patient assessments and initiate critical interventions per medical protocols.
Prepare & maintain medical equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Communicate effectively with hospitals, dispatch, and aircrew to coordinate care.
Participate in ongoing training & simulations to enhance emergency response skills.
