Flight Nurse - Registered Nurse RN
About The Position
Survival Flight is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to work as a Flight Nurse in its air medical operation based in Lawton, Oklahoma. The role provides rapid medical transportation and critical care to patients, working alongside Flight Nurses and Flight Paramedics with specialized equipment, training, and support. The position is part of an air medical provider committed to safety, quality, and patient care. Survival Flight holds accreditations from the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) and the National Accreditation Alliance of Medical Transport Applications (NAAMTA Global).
Requirements
- Oklahoma RN license.
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-acuity Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit setting.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- PHTLS or ITLS certification.
- Maximum weight limit of 230 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- CFRN or CEN certification.
