This position involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The Flight Nurse will administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Nursing License active in the state of Missouri
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days
• ACLS within a year of hire
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
• Exhibits valuable time management skills
• Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Previous nursing experience
