CFTS Grob Flight Instructor Trainee
About The Position
KF Aerospace is seeking a Flight Instructor Trainee to join their team supporting the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) pilot training program in Southport, MB. This program utilizes advanced simulators, multiple aircraft fleets, and dedicated facilities. The trainee will undergo comprehensive training in courseware, flight simulation, and aircraft flight, including aerobatics. Upon successful completion of military check rides, the trainee will be qualified to instruct RCAF students. The role involves classroom study, ground school instruction, and individual student flight instruction, offering a unique opportunity to train motivated students.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Transport Canada Class 3 (or higher) Instructor Rating
- Valid Driver’s license
- Minimum of 300 hours instructing experience
- Ability to attain and maintain a Public Works and Government Services Enhanced Reliability Clearance
- Familiarity and proficiency with MS Office Suite
Nice To Haves
- 500 hours instructing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Undergo training in courseware, flight simulation, and aircraft flight.
- Receive training in aerobatics.
- Instruct RCAF students in aerobatics once qualified.
- Conduct classroom study, ground school instruction, and individual student flight instruction.
