The Flight Department is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Flight, ACR & Ground Training Compliance Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of training records for up to 2000 flight students annually, in accordance with FAA and University standards, specifically FAR Part 141.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Able to be designated as a school ACR by the FAA which requires a Private Pilot Certificate or an Advanced Ground Instructor Certificate
  • 3-5 years of Administrative, Data Entry, Customer Service experience
  • Technical Expertise with Microsoft Operating Systems: Access, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ETA, Workflow, and Internet end-user applications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all training records meet FAR Part 141 requirements, including the review and verification of course completion documents.
  • Review signed course completion forms, course SP details, Flight Data & Certification worksheets, Ground School attendance & test grades, FAA written test results, medical certificates, and superseded pilot certificates.
  • Verify acceptable forms of identification, including picture IDs, and assess grade computations.
  • Manage additional documentation such as visas, I-20 forms, FAA AFS-760 verification letters, transfer credits, re-enrollment forms, and ground training status forms.
  • Collaborate with FD&C Analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of all student documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date student records throughout their academic careers, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
  • Interact directly with students to ensure proper documentation is on file at all stages of their training.
  • Issue Airman certificates in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Processing Onboarding workflow queue to include review of imaged documents and issuance of qualifications as appropriate, and other associated queues and document processes and their related processes in Flight Data.
  • Primary responsibility for TSA clearance and Photo Supervision to ensure proper adherence to regulations and that the process robustness is not violated.
  • IACRA Oral Prep/Appointment/Scheduling support.
  • Chief Ground Instructor Coordination and support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
