About The Position

StretchLab is seeking Flexologists/Stretch Therapists to deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a clean, calm, professional studio. This role involves working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes seeking improved performance to seniors aiming to move without pain, and desk workers experiencing chronic tightness. The Flexologist will utilize their knowledge of anatomy and human movement to create customized stretching plans that significantly benefit clients. The position emphasizes hands-on, purpose-driven work with no cold calling or sales required.

Requirements

• Hold a current license, certification, or degree in a health or fitness field.
• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or similar)
• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• Occupational Therapist
• Athletic Trainer
• Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200+)
• Or a similar credential that includes anatomy, physiology, or kinesiology.

Nice To Haves

• Prior stretching experience is NOT required.
• If you have the educational foundation, we will train you in our proven StretchLab methodology.
