About The Position
We are seeking Flexo Press Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment and working with materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels. The Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic press machines while ensuring production, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements
- Previous printing press or flexographic press operation experience required
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, hair/beard nets)
- Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment
- Experience working with materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flexo press machines according to job specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform job changeovers with minimal downtime
- Inspect finished rolls for accuracy, proper tension, and defects
- Record production and quality data accurately
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Load, unload, label, and prepare materials for shipping
