Responsibilities

• Lead in tearing down and setting up jobs.
• Meet any new task of job functions that may arise.
• Follow set up procedures for the given machine.
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits to meet press daily goals and schedule needs.
• Meet all changing conditions in your environment.
• Assure that materials produced are of the highest quality for customer needs and specs outlined on order or with individual job classification specs.
• Work in a team environment, giving more than might be expected.
• Meet daily goals within a close margin of other operators and crews on the same machine.
• Help minimize waste percentage.
• Complete tasks in adequate time limits to meet press daily goals and schedule needs.
