We aim to help youth and families by allowing their voice to be heard, empowering them through psychoeducation and education related to systems, enhancing relationships and family dynamics, advocacy, validation, and breaking negative stereotypes. Serving children and young adults through age 22 who present with mental health diagnoses, our staff support clients in improving their functioning within the home and community to avoid potential hospitalizations. JRI provides the training so that: We will help you be responsible for the clinical care of youth while in our program, as well as coordination and support related to the needs outside of each site. We will support you in helping youth develop the social and adaptive skills to they need to be their best selves within the structure of our program, their home, and communities by utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to explore creative methods to support the unique needs of each child served. We will empower you to model and lead our staff in the provision of trauma-informed, evidenced-based clinical practice. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a variety of child-serving systems.
