About The Position
We are a professional nanny placement agency providing reliable, high-quality childcare to families in our community. Our nannies are W-2 employees placed in active roles that require accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism. The interview process is designed to ensure mutual fit. We value caregivers who view nannying as meaningful, paid work. Not casual or temporary. Are you passionate about caring for children and creating a safe, nurturing environment right in their home? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for warm, reliable, and energetic caregivers to provide in-home childcare for families Monday–Friday, on an as‑needed basis. We support families with all age groups, from infants to school‑aged children, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience working with children of various ages
- Dependable, professional, and nurturing personality
- Ability to adapt to flexible, as‑needed schedules
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean background check
