About The Position

We are hiring Part-Time Flyer Delivery Contractors to distribute promotional materials door-to-door across neighborhoods in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, and Tipton). This is an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling, where pay is based on production (per delivery) rather than an hourly wage. The role requires reliability, consistency, and quality in completing assigned delivery routes (maps).

Requirements

• Minimum availability of 12 daytime hours per week.
• Comfortable walking for extended periods in different weather conditions.
• Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• A smartphone with GPS capability.
• Dependable, communicative, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Pick up flyers and delivery materials weekly from our designated location.
• Deliver flyers door-to-door following your assigned route (“map”).
• Work independently to complete deliveries within agreed timelines.
• Use your smartphone and GPS to track and verify completion.
