About The Position

Holman Powertrain has a great opportunity for a Flex Warehouse/Driver to join our team in Freedom, PA! This role involves pulling part purchases from stock and delivering them to drivers, stocking incoming parts and return parts, and maintaining inventories. The position also requires bar coding on all incoming parts and equipment, unloading delivery trucks, and operating a forklift and pallet jack. Safety is paramount, and all company safety policies and procedures must be followed. The role includes loading, securing, and delivering automobile parts to customers, often involving driving to customer locations and offloading/reloading trucks. Use of a scanner/print pad for tracking goods and returns is also part of the job. Requirements

Must be able to drive up to non-CDL 24’ box trucks.
Must be able to pass a DOT application process and physical.
Must be forklift certified and able to use a pallet jack.
Prior warehouse experience
Prior truck driving experience
Forklift/Pallet Jack experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills- able to communicate problems/delays with pick-ups/deliveries/inventory to internal stakeholder
Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, and commercial truck driving and/or warehouse operations
Basic computers skills.
Good attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills
Positive energy while working in a team setting
Technical knowledge.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
Must be able to drive vehicles 7000-33000 GVW.

Nice To Haves

Experience with wireless inventory system is desired.

Responsibilities

Pull part purchases from stock and deliver to drivers.
Stock incoming parts and return parts.
Maintain inventories of all inventoried items (controlled and/or non-controlled).
Bar coding on all incoming parts and equipment.
Unload delivery trucks.
Able to lift heavy boxes.
Able to operate a forklift.
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Load, secure, and deliver automobile parts (engines, transmissions, small parts, etc.) to customers
Drive to customer locations and off load and reload truck.
Loading is performed with a pallet jack or forklift.
Use Scanner/print pad to Scan/log returned goods; track delivery of goods and returns
Check-in finished goods before loading vehicle
