Requirements

Must have held a valid Pennsylvania State Driver’s License for at least 4 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
At least 1 year of delivery driving experience.
At least 1 year of picking/packing experience.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs., and comfortably climb in and out of delivery vehicles throughout a shift.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to use handheld routing devices/technology.
Excellent communication skills (must read, write, and speak English).

Nice To Haves

Proven Track Record: At least 1 year of delivery driving experience AND 1 year of picking/packing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company delivery vehicles (including vans and box trucks) across the greater PA area.
Execute local vendor pickups and transport customer orders safely.
Load and unload vehicles, safely using hand trucks and dollies to navigate stairs, ramps, and sidewalks.
Review orders for accuracy and resolve any customer issues in real time.
Use RF scanners to identify, pull, and assemble customer orders.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts).
Assist with inventory management, including counting, inspecting, and receiving incoming stock.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
