About The Position

Odeko is seeking a Flex Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join their logistics team. This role is crucial for delivering goods efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires strong driving skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and navigating various routes. The associate will be responsible for maintaining safety protocols, resolving order issues, and utilizing handheld devices for routing and customer information. Experience in the Renton/Seattle area and a valid driver's license held for at least 4 years are required. The role involves both warehouse duties and delivery driving.

Requirements

Experience driving in Seattle/Renton area
Held a driver’s license for at least 4 years
Must be able read, write, & understand/speak English
Premium skills in customer service
Warehouse experience
Moving skills
Loading and unloading skills
Familiarity with commercial driving

Responsibilities

Drive across Renton/Seattle Area delivering customer orders while following all safety protocols
Will be in the warehouse if not making deliveries
Enter and exit the vehicle from the driver’s door/cargo bay doors to pull the customer’s order and stack it on the dolly, ensuring no product is damaged in the process
Determine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveries
Use a hand truck to move cases and loose items across various building obstacles such as stairs, ramps, and sidewalks
Correctly identify any order issues and resolve them in real-time
Utilize a handheld device for routing and obtaining or submitting customer information
Using an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer orders
Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center
Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center
Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans
Perform all tasks as assigned
