About The Position
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Flex Team Member to join our janitorial team in Chapel Hill, NC! This role supports multiple sites as needed, helping keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming 🌟
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual ⏱️
- Able to work independently or as part of a team 🤝
- Attention to detail 👀
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift light to moderate items
- Prior cleaning experience a plus (but not required!)
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms 🚻
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed 🧻
- Follow safety and cleaning procedures
- Provide coverage at various locations as assigned
