About The Position

We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and flexible individual to join our team as a Flex Team Member. In this role, you will provide essential cleaning support across multiple locations as needed. Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation (travel between sites may be required)
• Ability to work at multiple locations and adapt quickly
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout assigned areas
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap as needed
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures to maintain a healthy environment
• Travel to different job sites as assigned and adapt to each location’s needs
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
