About The Position
From Moncks Corner to Summerville: Be the Face of Clean🫧🧼 📍Location: Serving Moncks Corner & Summerville, SC 💸Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour⏰Status: Part-Time (Guaranteed 20 hours/week)📅 Schedule: Flexible availability required between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Monday – Friday) Position Overview Are you someone who hates the "same old, same old" office routine? Our Flex Team is the heartbeat of our operations in Berkeley and Dorchester Counties. As a Flex Team Member, you are our "First Responder" for facility cleanliness. One day you might be helping clean an office in Moncks Corner at 7 AM, and the next, you might be helping a team in Summerville cross the finish line at 8 PM. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys driving through the Lowcountry, and wants a consistent 20-hour work week with a schedule that shifts to meet the day’s needs.
Requirements
- Ultimate Flexibility: Must be available to work shifts that fall anywhere between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Reliable Transportation: Since you will be moving between Moncks Corner and Summerville, a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn the layout and specific needs of multiple buildings quickly.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout your shift.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check for site access (including schools).
Responsibilities
- Dynamic Support: Travel between various contracted sites (schools, offices, or commercial buildings) in the Moncks Corner and Summerville areas.
- Rapid Response: Fill in for absent team members or provide extra "muscle" for deep-cleaning projects and floor transitions.
- Full-Service Cleaning: Perform high-standard cleaning including sweeping, mopping, high-touch sanitization, restroom detailing, and waste removal.
- Equipment Mastery: Use and maintain various cleaning tools (vacuums, floor buffers, etc.) across different environments.
- Communication: Maintain close contact with the Area Manager to receive daily assignments and location updates.
