About The Position

Buncha is seeking a Full-Time Flex Shopper & Delivery Driver to join their team. This is a W2 employment position with benefits, not gig work. The role involves shopping, staging, and delivering grocery orders using the Buncha app, supporting operations at Meijer Belleville and Meijer Lincoln Park. A key aspect of this role is the flexibility to work across two store locations within the same shift based on demand, which offers higher pay than standard shopper/driver roles.

Requirements

• 21+ with valid U.S. driver’s license and clean record
• Smartphone (Android 5.0+ or iOS 15+)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout shift
• Must pass background check
• Reliable transportation to travel between store locations

Responsibilities

• Shop, stage, and deliver grocery orders using the Buncha app
• Support operations at Meijer Belleville
• Support operations at Meijer Lincoln Park
• Follow daily assignments from dispatch and shift leads
• Move between locations during your shift as needed
