Flex Security Officer (CR SO)

The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks. This role is for FLEX SECURITY OFFICERS in the Waterloo/Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, Iowa Areas. The Cedar Rapids branch covers Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City & the surrounding areas. All interviews and onboardings must take place at our Cedar Rapids Branch.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a Federal State of Iowa background check, motor vehicle report and 4 panel drug screen.
- Must be available 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
- Must be available for day/weekend shifts.
- Must come to the Cedar Rapids branch for interviews and potentially onboard.

Responsibilities
- Cover vacant shifts between 05:00-22:00 seven days a week.
- Potentially cover overnight shifts.
- Be available for shifts that may come up on short notice.
- Travel is required occasionally.
