Responsibilities

Provide professional, consistent security coverage across a variety of client locations
Cover open shifts, unplanned absences, vacation slots, and specialized assignment requests as needed
Perform regular foot patrols and staff stationary posts throughout your assigned shift
Monitor designated areas continuously to ensure safety, order, and adherence to site policies
Project a visible, professional image throughout every hour of each shift
Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors and operations staff via phone or computer
Respond efficiently to reassignment requests and last-minute schedule changes
Adhere to TRIDENT standards, follow all post-specific procedures, and deliver superior customer service
