Our Security Officer positions are crucial for maintaining a secure environment by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, preserving order, and enforcing client-specific regulations for personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers often provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. The FLEX Security Officer role requires open availability for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), including weekends, with varying schedules and locations week to week. This is a Full-Time position, approximately 40 hours per week, and requires a valid driver's license. The core responsibility is safeguarding people, property, and assets by monitoring for suspicious activity, enforcing rules, providing a visible security presence, and responding to incidents. Private Security Officers are key in deterring crime, ensuring safety, and maintaining order.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Open availability for all days and shift times, full-time work.
• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• 1+ year of customer service related experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Some prior security experience strongly preferred.
