About The Position

Clarion Security LLC is seeking a Licensed Flex Security Officer to join their team. This is a part-time, as-needed position that requires flexibility in scheduling and availability to travel between multiple Nashville-area sites. The role involves providing a professional security presence, monitoring premises, reporting incidents, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to site-specific policies and procedures. Requirements

• Must hold an active Security Officer License
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Must be willing to work at multiple site locations throughout the Nashville area
• Must successfully complete cross-training for various client locations
• Must possess a valid physical driver’s license
• Must be driver eligible under company insurance guidelines
• Strong communication and professionalism required

Nice To Haves

• Clean driving record preferred
• Prior experience in military, law enforcement, corrections, and security fields

Responsibilities
