The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks. This role is more of a loss prevention job than a traditional security job. Responsibilities include checking vehicles in and providing directions, and verifying purchased products upon exit. The position requires frequent travel to different sites, though the schedule will remain consistent.

Requirements

• Requires a DL and dependable vehicle
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must be flexible
• Will be asked to patrol sites
• Fill in when needed for overnight shifts
• Must be willing to travel to different sites
• Good knowledge of computers
• Generally, good knowledge of the building industry and construction is required.
• Can be very busy in the summer months, a lot of walking required on Concrete is required.
• A lot of interaction with the public, must be able to communicate well
• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Loss Prevention
• Checking orders and counting purchased product
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
