About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Flex Security Officer. This role requires adaptability to varying situations and missions, from customer service and patrols to surveillance, depending on the day and special events. The ideal candidate will embrace change and thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating agility and precision.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
