About The Position

Marksman Security is seeking to hire immediately for Flex Security Officers in a Corporate Setting in San Francisco, CA. This role requires flexibility with shifts, including weekends, holidays, days, evenings, and overnights. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service, possess an active CA State training and Guard Card license, and be able to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Essential Computer Competencies.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Comfortable with Outdoor Environment in Diverse Weather Conditions.
• Must successfully pass Pre-Employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in security or customer service fields.
• Security Guard Experience Preferred, Not Required!

Responsibilities

• Maintain site access control and visitor logs.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor check-ins.
• Maintain a professional presence while enforcing corporate security policies.
• Conduct patrols and safety checks.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards.
• Follow all company, client, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance.
• Adapt to different post orders, access control systems, and security protocols.
