We’re looking for a professional Flex Security Officer to join our team in a healthcare environment in Sharon, CT. This is a flexible position, and you will be scheduled as needed to cover different shifts. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
Strong communication and observation skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be able to work in a healthcare setting and follow all site-specific protocols
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred
