Flex Officer Schedules: Schedules will consist of filling call-offs, covering requested days off, vacation requests, and extra coverage for special assignments. Majority of these shifts will be 2nd shift (2PM - 10PM) and / or 3rd shift (10PM - 6AM). Also Hiring For Security Officers!! Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for an Illinois PERC Security Officer License.
Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or willing to complete a GED program.
Above average computer / technology skills needed.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
Must have a professional demeanor.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up / down flights of stairs / ladders.
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record needed (All our positions will be driver certified).
Must have reliable transportation (Public transportation is not available at most work site locations).
Must have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Nice To Haves

Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
Conduct tours of the property.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
