About The Position

TRIDENT is adding a dependable, professional Flex Security Officer to deliver coverage at a range of client locations throughout the Boulder area. This is a great opportunity for officers who are adaptable, reliable, and driven to build a long-term career in the security field. The Flex Officer role gives you wide hands-on exposure across a variety of security environments — filling open shifts, special assignments, and coverage gaps — while sharpening the skills needed to move up into supervisory and leadership positions.

Requirements

Reliable, professional security officer comfortable in fast-changing work settings
Strong communicator with solid problem-solving skills
Able to learn new sites quickly and follow post-specific directions
Team-oriented with a genuine drive toward career advancement
Open to a flexible schedule, including shifts that shift from week to week
Physically capable of walking, standing, and staying alert for long stretches

Responsibilities

Deliver professional security coverage at a variety of client locations
Fill open shifts, call-offs, vacation coverage, and special assignments as required
Carry out foot patrols and staff standing posts for extended periods
Keep an eye on designated areas to ensure safety, security, and policy compliance
Maintain a visible, professional presence at all times
Stay in contact with supervisors and operations staff via phone or computer
Adjust quickly to changing assignments and last-minute coverage requests
Follow TRIDENT standards, post procedures, and customer service expectations
